Cork, some people may see this article as irrevelant. They are wrong! When the President of an African country strives to "provide a business-friendly environment" that is absolutely key IMHO. There is another, unnamed, African gold miner (hardrock) I considered, but avoided like the plague. That is because of the indigenization issue. SL's leaders have wisely chosen not to go down that failed economic path. They chose the free market or dare I say capitalist one. I sleep at night knowing my investment won't be nationalized by the SL government.
