I think my comment regarding the share issuance is going WAY over your head.
My original question was to find out of the shares issued for cash are actually the shares being issued to calm seas, per the equity loan.
Actually we do know,because the 18th is the only day of notice that would give a calculated result that would explain the price of the shares issued.

I used 2 sources to verify that the stock price didn't close under .11 until november 2010. Both Scottrade and google finance.

More BS. If KBLB issues shares to anyone other that Calm Seas for services it is not coming out of the line of credit period! There is no requirement whatsoever that KBLB only pay for things using the line of credit. You complain that KBLB doesn't have enough money left in the line of credit yet you also complain if KBLB wisely uses other sources to pay for services in order to preserve that line of credit.
KBLB has used WELL over 1 million dollars since the calm seas deal was signed. If there is money still left in the calm seas line of credit, then wtf did kim t get it for, just to not use it. Kim t went through an s/1 registration, a 9 month process to get this loan, and during those 9 months, couldn't release news to "avoid looking like it is promoting its' stock".........and remember the equity line of credit was specifically agreed upon so that kblb could fund all operating expenses until the point of comercialization.

I have explained in considerable detail a great number of times here exactly how zinc fingers are not only speeding up KBLBs work but making it possible at all: the piggyBac transposon is inherently incapable of removing a gene, it can only make additions. Without the use of ZFs the work wouldn't progress at all.
And us real kblb followers, note that Kim T has said on numerous occasions that pure spidersilk is not the goal of the piggybac work.......
I did not say that at all. In fact I have noted several times here that the Monster Silk could be further improved. What I DID say was that it is impossible to get PURE spider silk using the piggyBac and I gave a very detailed explanation of just exactly why that is. But apparently you didn't even bother to read that.
You conveniently left that out of the post I replied to.......
