Thirdly the agreement specifies "during the five consecutive trading days immediately following the date the notice of our election to put shares" That's NOT the date the shares were issued but the date the notice was given. If the notice was given the 18th the five trading days would have been 19th, 20th, 21st, 22nd and 25th (the 23rd and 24th were the weekend and not trading days.

I KNOW AND I FRIGGIN MADE THAT CLEAR, but we do not know when that notice was given do we?.....

Firstly your calculation is wrong and wrong in such a way as to create a problem where none exists.
$100,000 / 1,179,245 = .0848 (not .984)
.0848/.8 = 10.6 (not 10.5)

You do realize that ":On October 15, 2010, the Company issued 1,179,245 shares of common stock for $100,000 ($0.084/share)" is derived from kblb's financials, not my math...........lol, ty i didn't think of fact checking Kim Thompson's math.

Secondly Yahoo charts gives the closing price on OCT 19th as 0.11 - but that's to the nearest cent so that could well be 0.106

you are quoting a source that does not give exact closing prices....... share price didnt dip under .11 til november(closing price)..........

So there was no discrepancy whatsoever!

lmao,, dd is fundamental.

I think it is quite obvious that kblb has already used all of the equity line of credit..........all those things kblb is issuing shares for services for, are supposed to be covered in the equity line of credit...........i.e. kblb got a calm seas credit card, 1 million dollar limit, dont gotta pay back for 2 years......yet was still issuing tens of millions of shares for cash/services/.

I cannot help but note that, as in several previous instances, you appear to make series of errors that all are unfavorable to KBLB. Cherry picking embellished with a few select errors, IMHO.

oh yeah...so prove me wrong

the piggyBac transposon is inherently incapable of removing a gene, it can only make additions. Without the use of ZFs the work wouldn't progress at all. I would suggest that perhaps the reason that you "aren't seeing things" is that you either are just not paying attention or are short sighted.

lol, do you know who you are talking to......monster silk is a hybrid, part native silk part spidersilk......now you claim that zfn's are necessary to make a better silk than what was announced on sept 29th.....necessary? no come on....one process is hybridization and one is targeted genetic modification, yielding two highly different products........the heralded scientists felt they could create a silk stronger than native spider silk with piggybac,,,,......I take/took dr fraser's word for it that additional improvements would be easier etc.... but i'm "short sighted" taking a scientist at his word..........

plz dont talk about entogenetics.......i really dont care, and know about their attempts etc...

Sometime in the Fall" would certainly be sometime in 2011! Yet again you are claiming a problem where none exists. Do you think non one else can use a calendar?

What was the proposed kblb timeline using zfn's again? oh yeah thats right noone knows.........

As usual vague and no link and not even any figures. Most of us are aware that Kim did not collect his salary for several years in order to reduce the financial pressure on the company. His salary is very typical of CEOs of biotechs at a similar stage of development. yet again you are pulling "problems" out of thin air.

you did see my post "financial dd" ,I in a recent post did not argue against his salary..........he is a one man band doing multiple jobs......it is valid..........jimmybuffet2 could explain correctly what "salary" kim thompson forgave,, and it is in his post history.

your whole post is null and void.......you still have not read the financials and bash my dd based directly on financials......

kblb spent 1.2 million last year, of which only 150k ish was for research and development......i am not saying kblb's expenses for 2010 should only be 150k. I think 1.2 million is obscene.
