Crime sucks... now don't do the crime if you don't want to pay if your caught.

It seems like a guy that lost his money on a pinky scam complaining that the CEO pumped and dumped...

what about all those people that lost their money? they are not getting their money back... I think that financial suicide is quite deserving...

why... because for a guy that preached on the evils of pink sheet stocks... now has to pay more than he gained.. but he does not seem to take into account how many people lost money to give him those gains...

treble damages should be in order imho
