I guess most investors have a different idea about fudiciary responsibilty than you do. EV stiffs his employees of wages, he stiff the landlord for rent, he claims as a tax credit 33 hundred sq. feet of rental space, when in fact the whole building is only 29,000 sq. ft.

There are none, just as there are NONE that show any wrong doing by ARTS. Guess that answers the question LOLOL.
