Flobewan, looks interesting ... I will check it out ...

at first glance the only thing that concerns me is that their cash flow dropped from a positive $1,918,000.00 in the 4th quarter 2010 and dropped to a negative $3,762,000 in March 2011.
I don't know if it is a seasonal issue or whether this new business of approximately $2 million from the CARB will put them back on a positive cash flow basis coupled with other revenue ...

any ideas ?
