I read this board every day. I think this board is a good aggregator of news and views on this stock. I've never posted but maybe today is a good day to express appreciation.

I've been accumulating this stock for a while so that it is now more than 10% of my portfolio. Time will tell whether this is 'aggressive' or 'reckless' but I'm comfortable betting large on the cards as I see them. The risk/reward profile at this price and time is just tremendous.

I believe the odds are the stem cell technology is going to work. I can't think of why it would work in animals and fail in humans. We've come too far to have it fail now. I think the nature of these trials is very promising. I think the bilateral nature of the testing will provide very clear scientific confirmation of the efficacy of the treatment. I think the prestigious nature of the eye institutes administering the tests will validate the technology. I think finding a successfull treatment for macular degeneration is a license to print money. There are tens of millions of people in line for such treatment and how much is curing blindness worth to them and to everyone else?

I think the tests are structured so that you could have a blockbuster PR every month this year. I think a decent PR team could place that PR on the front page of every newspaper and news network in the world. It is quite possible to me that not only would this stock attract fair valuation, it could well be the object of a faddish bubble.

I share the daydreams of many here that in a year this is a $2 stock and in 4 years it is a $20 stock. I support a reverse split as I think it is key to be uplisted on a major exchange and attract institutional investors.

One question I have, borrowing trouble down the road, is that I don't have a clear view of how scalable this treatment is. How much training and equipment would an opthamologist need to administer this treatment? It seems to me that at that juncture -- when you have an approved treatment, we would need the support of a major pharma to get the treatment out on a scale commensurate with demand.

I've been wrong about investments in the past. Not infrequently. But I hope we can all share a profitable ride in this vehicle. And may many people benefit.
