Well, it depends who you talk to.

I called Sam...he won't talk to anyone about anything. And I'm not looking for inside info., just some direction from the CEO who makes a pretty good living off a company that really isn't doing anything right now. But I was told he isn't involved anymore.

So if you reach out to JR, you get nothing. He won't talk either other than say he will be CEO IF the deal gets done. So for all intents and purposes, he's not involved in the company as of yet.

Not sure who's in charge. But we own boat loads of stock in this company. Maybe we should be more demanding for a meeting.
