I think you are mistaken that pinks are in compliance with SOX. Many do the minimun repoting. Actually many companies that were on the big board downlisted or went private to escape the expensive SOX requirements. Don't be mistaken and think the pinks are held to the same scrutiny as big board stocks when it comes to SOX compliance.
