Did you ever see the Facebook movie? Zuckerberg just raised the A/S and they outed one of the co-owners. His shares became a drop in the bucket and he had no say in the company anymore. BRZL could raise the A/S and do the same thing to JR, right? Or maybe he has control of that in his current ownership position.

Not saying it would ever happen, but I think it's possible for JR to lose control.
