I am not trying to annoy you..you are knowledgable.but there you go again..don't you think this is another general statement ...we are all here trying to use information to assess reward and risk to the best we can.....
you assigned 5% probability on inequitable conduct...no explanation whatsover...I would like to have an objective discussion on chances...I am trying to apply the "but for" standard as it applies to this case. I have read MNTA's motions word by word.
