Sam weiss does not own / control 54% of the issued shares, JR does, so to say that this is Sams company is a bit of a stretch...

Ive looked all over the web site, I cant find Sams name anywhere, its all JR just look for yourself, please show me where on the website it says that Sam has anything to do with it, thanks....
