they needed the extension because of the reasons listed in the extenstion, the same reasons we were informed of in the last cc. they have a new accountant that just started the last week in april, and she is helping change over their whole system to one where they will be able to track everything in real time. not because they're "not good." by all accounts these financials will show continued sales progress, and that will definitely be "good" in the eyes of investors. the extension form was filed before the downgrade, most of us expected there could be a temporary downgrade as there was a slight gap in the extension and the anticipated filing date. soon as they file the financials and the attorney letter it will go right back where it usually is, current info status.
