Has there ever been so little posts, pretty depressed envirement here right now.

What I cannot understand is, if they found hardly anything of value more than a year ago, why didn't the Chinese say .... it and walked away?

Obviously they want to take a shot at the other prospects in these blocks.

But why don't they start drilling, analyzing the hell out of these blocks hardly got them anywhere... at least, that is what it looks like.
