My sentiments exactly! I have to agree! Does it not cost money go have an Attorney Letter? Would it not have been better to have the financials done early? Why would DA use the new hire as an excuse? What if she never made it back from Isreal? DA should have had them done before they were due out. Doing that, would have strenthend investor trust and would have grown the PPS.
