The pr two weeks ago, clearly stated that the super tucano was financed by tadf and will be maintained and used by tac-air. Now, the wording yesterday, was that it is being prepared for contract. Specific wording, implying that there is a contract in place. Its not a coincidence, that Tac-air has featured this craft on their website. Tadf has been working for over a year to get this plane. And now they have in their possession the only Super Tucano in the US for training purposes.
