Dr. Bruce E Fischer IS THE GOING CONCERN! I can see a scam unfolding again now! WMNS is goinging into horrible debt to the Avalon Group Ltd. like the other two did. This company will be milked for all it's worth and of course shares will magically disappear from the registry like they did for Anviron (ANVH) and DTGP (AEI Transportation Holdings).
Don't expect this company to continue filing 10Q's for to much longer it creates a messy traceable paper trail.
There should be a law stating a caveat emptor sign is required next to Dr. Fischer's name every time it is printed. LOL!
