WoW another PR for big biz, we may get a bucket load of 3's afterall :) This hasn't helped the stock I agree. Its of my strong opinion that its a platform to find new people to sell shares to before the PTEL dividend. Its hard to get to 15billion OS without dumping it all the way to .0001, no bid. A few tricks I have really admired about this CEO, one of course being making all the market makers scramble to find all the outstanding shares and give a 3% mark back to the 'shareholders'. The ones that dont have them have most likely been shorted, naked. This hasnt played out yet but if its successful it could really help the future of penny stocks and the rampant problem of the brokers selling shares short from the float and never covering.
