With MM5 being iPod ready, the lisc agreement between AAPL and SCMI/MMXT must be complete.

If so, AAPL should let that be known.....there must be millions of cd buyers with MediaMax cds who are aggravated by AAPL's iPod being the MP3 that was not compatible with the industry standard in CD DRM.

Its great to have the industry leader Sony/BMG solid in our corner.
