AC, the deal is, as of right now, Rosen is still trying to downplay our value along with others who may have reasons to do so. $160MM value? That is a big time underestimation considering the $100M line for acquisitions alone, not to mention the NOL values and the value of the litigation with our $25MM war chest of funds! By the time we get to the point of an approved POR, .50 is most likely well in the rear view mirror. How far in the rear view is going to have a lot to do with NOL valuation and quite possibly further settlements from parties that know they are going to be the targets of the litigation. Once again, keep in mind, we most certainly had the dirt on the hedgies to get to this point, so I am sure we have the dirt on others to entice them to settle now in secrecy rather than having it all come out in court.

So, in summation, is Rosen putting forth these extreme lowball numbers in hopes of getting commons to settle for less than they will be worth?
