BB50 - my feeling is POR v7 will only be marginally satisfactory, but as the company rebuilds, I feel a lot of the 'lost' assets still in possession by the FDIC will 'merge' with the resurrected Wamu or whatever it will be called as a settlement, or in lieu of. The real returns for Wamu investors will come post-bk emergence. And the FDIC, with a shrug of the shoulders and a shy smile . . .
