RIGL is raising cash

Huge fan of this when I'm on the sidelines but otherwise interested in the stock. I'm hoping for some major dilution. : ) (TSRX, which I'm still long, raised a little chunk of cash today too but the stock fortunately closed up.)

RIGL has plenty of drugs in their pipeline to spend the cash on while AZN continues to run the Phase 3 fostamatinib trials.
