hmmm... lets see.. announce a 250k stock repurchase... where did the funds come from for that? Could it be a GREAT HOPE that this 2 million dollar deal goes through and they use 250k from the 600k cash they receive? BUT WAIT!!! before we do that, lets DILUTE the hell out of this thing by authorizing 300 million shares. Of course we have seen news pertaining to the repurchase and dilution, but no news on possible eradication of their WHOLE BALANCE SHEET DEBT!!!! Just doesnt make sense. As if they are trying to HIDE it in a 10k. LOI's are NEWS FLASHES!!! wake up whoever runs this company, or better yet, whoever runs this company into the ground. There are hundred of other stocks to make money with vs this POS. JMHO
