All management had to do was issue a large buyback at these levels.Many ways they could have funded it.Cash,collateral loan,large investors and others.

Now this is all based on the fact what they filed with the SEC is true which with a pps of .0002,.0003 is very questionable to say the least.

To do DD invest into a startup and lose your money is different then beening robbed at gun point.
