I know he did but we don't know if it was paid off with cash or shares and it does mean his kid is selling shares. I do believe they are diluting don't get me wrong but they could be 504 b shares not 144 which doesn't make a difference. Well it does if his kid is selling than it shows he doesn't have faith in the company. It's a new company and just starting off if they have to issue shares to stay debt free that's better. Because it gets to a price we have now this is when I get in and wait if it r/s I sell right away to take minimal loss if it turns out he is making money and r/s to up list I stay. That is far off thou. All it takes is a stock promotion here and if you own we soar up. We have hit some resistance here at .0002-.0003. So this seems like the place to get in. Do you own shares and if not what brought you here to save my money? JMO
