Yes they can. I believe now that I was a little shortsighted on what Dragonite is all about. I've been so fixated on the ecigs that I just about ignored the rest of the company structure.
As was harshly explained to us by Yoda. The company put more shares out to raise more capital for the real estate venture that they are apparently undertaking. In the long run it will probably work out to the shareholders benefit. I should have understood better being that I am in the commercial construction and renovation business.
I guess my shortsightedness comes from the way the commercial real estate business here in the US has been struggling so mightily. I assume it is very different in China (much better) so it's like trying to compare apples and oranges.
I'm going to start some DD on the situation and I apologize to the other posters here for ranting about things that I know nothing about. I'll post back when I have something more constructive to say, and I always got my eye on Ruyan.
