exactly. something tells me the EC would not sign onto this unless they already had some buyers lined up willing to pay for the NOL usage. Even rosen today said that they would open it up to bidders. Something tells me there is a company bank/banker already waiting and chomping at the bit to get use of those NOLs and remaining assets.
Lets the fools who know nothing about this case by the 160 million blackstone valuation that he continues to taunt lol. I am sure the EC would just settle for blackstones 160 reorganized co. yea right lol!
all this fuzzy math.
I am betting on getting the 4billion cash deposit back+ our tax refunds+ remaining subs + NOLS that will may a merger/buyer very happy to pay for them.
Best of luck to my fellow longs its been a tough 3 years! whats a couple more months to see what happens! If the new Co does well it can earn more than we ever dreamed of in a cash settlement.
Willingham being on the trust and new BOD makes me feel all warm and fuzzy inside. I wonder if he would be open to the idea of re-hiring Killinger .... prob not but would be interesting.
I just hope the MM games continue for at least the next week so i can get more golden tickets to the pile. :)
All in my opinion of course.
Something tells me Nelson knew exactly what we would eventually get at the end and were already courting potential buyers early on soon after the PJS was hired.
