Thanks, Lucky. I never bothered to check the availability of borrow shares from my brokers =). I guess any new shorts will either have to use crappy brokers who 'bend the rules' (I hate these guys!) or pay borrow fees (These can get pretty high!).
"Maxed out" shorting is certainly a positive for longs though since they can't add further artificial stock weakness easily. Do you have any idea what the short interest is as a percentage of the float? Weird that a low profile company like SIAF (Which was a pink not long ago!) garnered enough shorts to max them out though!
