This does not seem like a huge problem for someone who wants to hold the stock. If things "work out" with MMTE, the stock presumably would go back to being DTC-eligible. In any event, a $700 fee might not matter much in the scheme of things if the PPS is up and the number of shares is high. For example, I have 700,000 shares at $0.002. If this goes to $0.20 or $2.00, I'd be happy to pay several hundred to unload it.

But in the shortrun, the heads up is valuable, especially for flippers and liquidity. Thanks.
