I'm glad you pointed that out. I saw this story on the news this morning and I was really kind of shocked. Ya know, forget the car pollution, it's really the second hand smoke that will kill you in Times Square. Who knew? lol ... but then I thought, how perfect is the timing?
I hope someone big does pick up on this. The ad campaign for SFIO could run for quite a while.
First it was banned indoors, then bars and restaurants, then you had to smoke outside the bar (I used to feel sorry for the club goers freezing their buns off outside in winter), then you had to be so many yards away from the entrance of the bar, then you had to cross the street, and now this. They're already banning vapers from indoor places and who knows if they will eventually ban them for outdoors too because it gives the "appearance" of smoking.
