okay sorry how many ears of corn (shares) does the T/A say is needed to be 51%??? please help cause this discussion must be over my head?

i know you are a mod somewhere, so you are talented and well versed in these matters...
and maybe im not answering my own question.
because the A/S is 1.5billion SHARES....CORRECT?
SO WOULD 51% BE 765million or so...CORRECT if not throw out a number and WHAT does this number mean anyway????
