Thanks, Dan Stein, for squaring folks away on this! My reading tells me that the deal WILL be done not later than June 9, about 20 days from now. Sure I would have liked to see a PR today, but after personally talking with the company, I repeat I was told "this is complicated and the lawyers want all the "i's" dotted and the "t's" crossed. So if these finicky folks want to sell and run, as Spock used to say that's "more sauce for the goose" for us, so snap up some cheepies and let's rock and roll! GO CNUV!!!!!!!!!
