You know i've been critical in my statements regarding SIAF's transaction, but personally I think the stock will be higher than the current PPS in the next few weeks -- If nothing else possibly because their Sweden JF fund presentation might cause extra buying.

In fact, I know a few people waiting for a pop on the sweden presentation event to try and short SIAF (chuckle). I guess they see limited risk with the company wanting to raise capital at $1.5.
