It would seem that once the 28,200 shares that NITE claims to have are purchased at 25 cents or under we will be at 29.8 cents (AUTO) and the purchaser will have immediately made money.

28,200 x 25 cents = $7,050.00

An Ask slap at AUTO at .298, say 100 shares = $29.80.

Total investment = $7079.80, becomes in minutes 8433.40 for a gain of 1353.60.

Unless I am reading this wrong.
