Maybe, but I would say that the news of the settlement (another one time $5 MM gains for MAXF) was well discounted by this four days advance, the fact that the stock would no even take out $7 after four days of relatively heavy volume, speaks volume. As on the run to $6.70 early in November, it seems that "selling the news" might be the right approach.
