how about this. How about you ask Pat who used to post on Geoinvesting.

What is illegal is:

Trading on privileged information.

Putting out information with the attept to move the market - ask Herb Greenberg about this one as his lawyer had to do quite a bit of work on this.

Selling privileged information.

Putting out information that is claimed to be factual that is unverified.

Would you classify these "hit pieces" as a dissementation of opinion or a market moving hit piece with the attempt to move the direction of the share price?

How am i clueless? Risicare - when you graduate from high school you should hire a lawyer and ask him if it would be ok to do what geoinvesting does or AL Little or Kerrisdale.
