I'll gobble some 1's for desert. This news bit is good in that two factors a trucking company has are maintenance and business. Both of those bases are covered in-house practically.

The best scenario would be Mr. Honig consolidating his construction business under this former shell as a conglomerate. I'd expect a name change though. Maybe since this is a functioning business now instead of a medical breakthrough lotto, real fins will be put together.

I'll leave the worst scenarios to others. Lots of possibilities from both pro and con's perspectives.
