I didn't report them for the research they did. I reported them for trading on privileged information, front running hit pieces and manipulating information to move the market.

Why would i have to do my own research on companies when it was available straight from the mouths of these crooks themselves.

Kerrisdale I reported for marketing their returns all over the internet without showing asset levels (which is a violation unless you are a mutual fund), manipulation and front running market moving hit pieces despite the fact the hit pieces were not even good.

All of the above have provenly manipulated data.

We will see how the SEC reacts. I am fine with sitting and waiting and continually reporting what I know.

The names mentioned I guess will just have to wait and see if the SEC or other authorities react as well.
