They issued 1,321,000 shares for a sum of 1,989,000$ to extinguish depts, that is about 1,50$/share. See page 6 on the 10-Q filling.


You can also read "Gain (loss) of extinguishment of debts 92,926" on page 5. So they issued share above trading price.

At the moment SIAF has no depts at all!
