In order to attend the Meeting a Shareholder must give prior notice either:

•Through the on-line registration process
•By letter to JBI, Inc. Head Office, JBI Inc., 1783 Allanport Road, Thorold, Ontario, Canada L0S 1K0
•By fax to 905.384.0076

The notice must arrive at the Company by 4:00 pm EDT, Tuesday, June 7, 2011.

Attending the AGM
To attend the AGM, Shareholders must present the following to the registration desk between 12:00 and 1:30 pm EDT June 11, 2011:

•PHOTO ID: Government issued photo ID, such as a passport or driver's license.
•PROOF OF SHARE OWNERSHIP: Proof can be in the form of a brokerage statement or copy of share certificate.
Please note that ONLY Shareholders will be allowed to attend the meeting. There will be no exceptions allowed. For clarification, this means only those whose names are on the proof of share ownership may attend. (Spouses or family members will not be able to attend if they cannot provide proof of share ownership.)

New Shareholders
Individuals who purchase JBI, Inc. shares between May 19, 2011 and June 7, 2011, are welcome to attend the AGM on June 11, 2011, as long as the following conditions are met:

1.Pre-registration is received at JBI, Inc. offices by 4:00 pm EDT, Tuesday, June 7, 2011.
2.The shareholder presents the required document to the registration desk between 12:00 and 1:30 pm EDT on June 11, 2011.
