It is saying there is a delay returning the 2 billion shares. Hmm what could that be. What has been going on for 7 weeks. The last progress update was positive and we could hear news any day. Instead of picking apart every little thing wrong with your investment you should try to focus on the bigger picture and future progress. Vcty started as a shell and in one year they posted $1m. Maybe not exactly as planned but that doesn't mean they are crooks and they have given up their efforts to grow. Pure ignorance, impatience, and stubborness on this board. I was ashamed to be an assistant mod and to be associated with this board.
