No problem. This is a really interesting play. Though in my opinion I dont believe things will go the way an asset purchase agreement usually goes simply because it seems like Najafi might have some plans with the shares. I personally dont believe that Najafi even plans to give the shareholders compensation. I think he might be planning to use CGSYQ as some sort of platform to make some goood profit.
