Throw out your computer and buy a pad of graph paper. Plot from the paper every night, every stock you want to follow. Do that for three years for the 70's bull, a couple for 87 and a few from 93 to 96 for those bear rallies. Then you'll learn patience for a gold run.

Oh yea, don't give it back!
