I want to point something out that is not all that easy to see.

If you look carefully at THIS MORNING'S Level 2 kindly posted by Qtipjoe this morning, you will see HDSN is on the Ask with 9000 shares available (supposedly) at .25.

It is now 2:11 in the afternoon and at the Level 2 provided by otcmarkets.com for TelVue (TEVE) you see HDSN is now OFF the Ask and is hiding behind an Ask of 2500! a share.

However, DOMS has taken HDSN's place with exactly 9000 shares at 25 cents.

Is it just me or does it look like the 2 markets makers - DOMS and HDSN - are passing these 9000 shares back and forth between each other. Possibly to prevent a FAIL TO DELIVER?

When shares have failed to be delivered there are 13 days to cover them. To bypass this rule I have heard that market makers pass these failures between each other so that they gain another 13 days with each pass.

Could this be the case here?
