I just got off the phone with metropolitan title company, and they seem to think otherwise. I've also researched business models similar to Amelots, and what I've found is that, not only are similar companies doing well, they are helping families get back on their feet and making a killing at it in the process. In my opinion, given what I know and what I am seeing, this should be a fun one to keep an eye on. Congrats to all who are in early on this
