Perhaps you can enlighten us as to why ANYONE would accept another companies debt if the company is "in your words - GOING BANKRUPT".

So these powerful, business savvy men chose to waste their time and money in a worthless company and will receive many millions of worthless shares for their efforts.

This is truly illogical and lacks common sense.

That's why they play the game - as they say.

Obviously NetCapital sees something (perhaps that you do not) very valuable with PVSP - time will tell if they are correct. We may be in for a mobile paradigm shift.

Also, Microsoft just paid 8 BILLION dollars for a company losing 6 Billion $'s. Does not seem logical to me..
