"Researchers hired by U.S. Roman Catholic Bishops" - Did anyone really expect this "report" to say anything diff?

In this "report" the Church once again ran away from their sole responsibility for the behavior of their clergy and tried to share the blame with society - "upheavals of the 60s".....
"This recalls an old tabloid banner headline - "Bishops Blame Society". Amen!
