THERE IS NOW A FIVE DAY WAITING PERIOD AFTER WHICH THE BIRD HAS TO SIGN AN AFFIDAVIT PREPARED BY THE BOARD BEFORE THE BUILDING PERMIT MAY BE ISSUED.
