Ok I figured it out I think.
This company brought into a shell company, that shell company had millions of shares already, which now belong to phar to sell as their stock.
Now , I wondered why the Presdent gave that pr at wrong time, GUess what !!
He gave it when he should have!! , I throught he messed up, but I think the reason he gave it NOW was to get buyers and hold the price up while the Company sold millions of that shell shares , that why he in implied he wouldnt delute "AS OF THIS TIME".
He knew he already had millions from the shell company where they brought the shell and sell them!!!
This is another pink scam and he is smarter then the average bear,they taken in $$ 100,000.00 ++ on these shell company stocks shares last few week !!!!.
With no revences he making killing on us dumb asses , on the stocks .
I knew he should have known, NOT TO GIVE THAT PR,.. he used that PR
to hold the price up to sell his shell shares , plus he may have deluted also,because he didn't promise he wouldn't sell for 6 months , he said " as of This TIME " [The time he wrote it ]!!!!!!
In the END you always find out how dirty the Compmay is but rest time every one thinks , oh this the company from heaven, but later you Always find out how you WAS FOOLED !! IMO IMO IMO Like I said I dont trust ANYONE, especially CEO, MM, and Wall Street, and LONGS !! IMO IMO IMO
