I got on the EC in February to particpate in settlement negotiations. There were no negotiations, period! There was an attempt to negotiate at the very beginning but the enemy was/is going for the jugular.There was absolutely nothing for me to do. I do not have the reseach skills of Gibson, Observer or any of the other great shareholders who have so far saved us. Feeling useless, I made a quick exit from the EC. I participated in only one decision and that was for an immediate appeal.

Hopefully things have changed since February. However, it is my belief that if we win it will be by the efforts of individual shareholders.
